If you experience tenderness, achiness, or sensitivity to biting, you may take over the counter anti-inflammatory medication (Advil, Aleve, etc) to relieve the symptom. If you are sensitive to these medications or have been advised by your physician against taking them. please ask us for alternatives.
A very small percentage of patients experience post-operative swelling in the area that was treated. If this happens, please call our office immediately to speak with the doctor.
